Shout out

Hannah,

I do not know if you read my blog anymore, but I am willing to give this a go.
A lot has changed since last summer. Your mom took you for break, and eventually forever. You made new friends and got involved in youth group. I know more about myself and who I want to be. I have gotten to talk to Cody and Jaime more. I am going to have another sibling. I know that I am strong because that is the way God made me, and you too.
But, our friendship has changed a great deal, too. We were really close ( or so it seemed ) at the beginning of summer. I could tell you were changing, though. We kept arguing over stupid stuff, that I do not even remember anymore. We went to Vegas, which was fun, and Padre, where our friendship hit a rocky road. I could tell you just wanted to send me back home and spend time with your family, and maybe even another friend. Then, your mom won full custody of you and your sis. To me, this was where everything fell apart. You said goodbye to Emma and Jade, but not really me. I understand that you have known them longer, but we were best friends.
You came up to visit a couple times since. The one I remember most was Christmas break. We had a trip planned to see Christmas lights and go shopping and whatnot. But, you cancelled those plans. Now, I know you had to see your other friends, but you could have told me that before we made all those arrangements. You cancelled plans with with me all those days, and it just seemed to me like you were just doing your duty, seeing people you told you were visiting home. We saw each other for a few hours, but what was that compared to the day or two you spent with Emma? I know I sound rude/baby-ish/insert any other word here, but it really did hurt. You left my house early to hang out with the CP kids that you would see the next day. Then, you never even said bye to me before you left. We have not talked since.
I read your blog and facebook from time to time, so I have an idea of what my former best friend is up to, but I  am pretty sure that does not go both ways. So, if you read this, respond how you feel or what you think. By email, text, or this blogging thing. If you do not want to be friends again afterwards, okay. This is all I am asking.

The One stuck up here in Freezingland,
Katie

P.S.- I know this was cheesy, but I had to get it out somehow.
